PLACING ORDERS
HOW DO I ORDER?

Ordering is easy the basic steps are outlined below;
Step 1 : Browse the site for the product you require
Step 2 : Add the product to the cart
Step 3 : Proceed to the checkout
Step 4 : Await conformation from our representative
Step 5 : Pay “Cash on Delivery”

IS THERE A LIMIT ON QUANTITY OF ORDERS OR AMOUNT?

In the interests of all our customers, we may not place restrictions on bulk orders but you may have to verify availability of the goods prior to order.

You should purchase above Rs. 2000.00 LKR in order to get FREE delivery.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

Once your order has been accepted you will receive an email confirmation from Family Food City showing the details of the order you have just placed. And one of our representative shall confirm the order via telephone prior to dispatch.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. You can cancel the order up to the point of confirmation from our delivery team, or you may call 065 2053686 to cancel your order within 30 minutes.

SECURITY
IS IT SAFE TO THE WEBSITE?

When ordering from the Family Food City website, we accept orders only from web browsers that have internet browsing security. We respect the privacy of our valued customers and do not share any customer details with any third parties.

PAYMENTS
HOW CAN I PAY?

Payment method is only “Cash on Delivery”.

WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR MY PURCHASE

Yes, once the order has been accepted you will receive an email confirmation of your order with full details, you will also receive a physical copy with your product.

DELIVERY
WHERE DO WE DELIVER TO?

Family Food City delivers across Kattankudy and nearby, however some remote areas are restricted.

WHEN AND HOW DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

One of our delivery representative or through our delivery supplier shall deliver the goods to your shipping within 3 to 4 hours from your order. Online orders will be accepted from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM only.

HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY COST?

You should have to place the order minimum amount of Rs. 2000.00 LKR and the charge in FREE.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SCHEDULE A SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME?

Generally we deliver within 3 hours, however the delivery team will contact you to arrange a suitable time.
